Oil Filling under Fine Vacuum
100% Transformer Oil filling under Fine Vacuum using a fully automac PLC controlled oil handling system with overhead oil storage tank for filtered oil.
- Fully automac Online oil mositure ppm measuring facility more suitable for 145KV System voltage.
- Separate systems for IEC specified, IS specified and Ester oil to avoid mixing.
- Material Storage and handling with Modern technology along with auto stacker
- In house insulaon cung area.
Low Frequency Heang (LFH) Drying of Large Transformers
- Short drying me that is 30-50% less than convenonal drying processes with hot oil circulaon and vacuum system results in shorter downme of the unit.
- High drying efficiency, reducing moisture to very low level.
- Onsite service eliminates the risks and costs associated with transportaon of Transformer.
- Moisture (water) removed can be measured.
